Zoom Meeting
Submitted for SHRM and HRCI credit.
Maggie Moore, our April presenter, blew me away with her onboarding presentation when I lived in Florida and through the wonders of Zoom, she will present to us from Washington DC. I consider it the best guidance I've seen and I have incorporated the knowledge gained into how I brought people aboard for years. She's worked with organizations of all sizes and composition. If you want to set new hires up to succeed right out of the gate this is a presentation not to be missed. With so many people working remotely these days, remote onboarding is part of the presentation. Whether you're building an onboarding plan from the ground up or improving your existing plan, this is not to be missed. Maggie Moore shows you how to start off the investment in talent the right way.
We are very fortunate to have her able to present to us online. Her presentation will include information on remote onboarding as well, since we still have lots of people working outside the office.
